What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept Cash on Delivery and bank transfers. Debit and credit cards will be available soon.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are delivered within 5–7 working days.

Do you ship outside Karachi and internationally?

Yes, we ship nationwide. However, Cash on Delivery is currently only available for Karachi-based customers.

What is your return & exchange policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition.
